We worked in partnership with the business to develop one-day workshops giving managers personal insight and practical tools to effectively engage their teams in a wide range of high impact change.

We designed an embedding framework for the change team to use with managers in the following months, to ensure new ways of leading were embedded working in practise.

Managers’ ability to lead people effectively through change is now 7% above the UK benchmark and well over 80% of managers surveyed evidenced building stronger relationships with their teams and stakeholders, improving collaboration and achieving better business results.

United Utilities have been shortlisted for the 2016 Distinction Award for Change Management.
